Overview
RGB combiners are also known as 3-wavelength combiners. These versatile devices allow for three colours to be combined into a single output fiber.
They are also reversible in function and can therefore be used to split three input colours that enter the common port into 3 outputs.
Various wavelength combinations are available.
These type of combiners have various applications, with fiber-coupled light sources, enabling the user to create three colour images in confocal microscopy areas.
